Thurston Group of Washington State offers post-secondary education scholarships to high school students in Thurston County and South Puget Sound Community College students participating in the Diversity Center. These are awarded at the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration in Thurston County.
We also assist students in applying for admission to and acquiring scholarships and grants for attendance at four-year historically black colleges and universities, and/or other four-year colleges and universities in Washington State and beyond.
